Ministry Passion

I like to see Jesus affect people’s everyday lives – either they get the physical resources they need from being associated with Christian people, they get the fellowship & accountability they need in order to live like Christ, or they start to make decisions based on what they know of God’s opinion on things. It’s so fun to watch someone move from a church-goer to a Christian.

In a Nutshell, what do you do at New Life?

I get to do the extremes – I plan lots of our special events & do the fruffy work that doesn’t really feel like work (Sadie Hawkins, etc…) & I do the anal stuff around the office that keeps us in line (organization stuff, etc…). But mostly I work with people. I’ve discovered that I’m not really good at much stuff, but I’m fantastic at getting those REALLY good people excited about something & watching them do great work. How much fun to work together & do something none of us could do alone – that’s probably the best thing I do around New Life.
